A little about the role… We have an opportunity for a Delivery Manager with early stage startup (ideally SaaS) experience to join our team.
In this role, you will collaborate with Product Leaders, Designers, Engineers and Customer Success to deliver compelling experiences to delight our customers.
Reporting to our Delivery Lead, the role will drive delivery excellence across multiple product teams to deliver product strategy that is aligned to our company vision through continuous product delivery.
This role is pivotal to driving the successful execution of the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
The role will support teams by facilitating planning, removing obstacles, managing risks and dependencies, and fostering a culture of collaboration, communication and continuous improvement.
This role can be located anywhere in Australia, noting that we do have an office available for Melbourne based candidates who prefer to work on-site or hybrid.
You could be the one if you have… Previous experience leading product delivery across multiple product teams using agile principles in a fast-paced SaaS environmentExperience working closely with and coaching product teams on delivery planning and execution, and workflow improvementExperience balancing short-term goals with long-term vision to meet strategic delivery objectives.
The ability to prioritise and communicate clearly is keyExperience working within a range of agile patterns, comfortable making changes to process to ensure what we implement works for Pladia and the individual teamsExperience facilitating quarterly planning across multiple product teams, identifying and managing dependenciesExperience planning large, multi-quarter initiatives across teamsExperience planning and coordinating regular release cyclesExperience working with CX/Operations, managing delivery expectations and assisting with implementation schedulesA good understanding of and experience with Atlassian tools but believes in empowered teams.
