This important role is responsible for the day-to-day management of the College's admissions process, ensuring, where practicable, full enrolment across all year groups.The Enrolments Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for prospective families, guiding them through the admissions process from initial inquiry to confirmed enrolment. A key responsibility of this role is coordinating the enrolment interview process for future Year 7 cohorts and new students entering Years 8-12, ensuring interviews are scheduled efficiently with relevant staff. Administrative support is available to assist with enrolment-related tasks and documentation.Working as part of the Advancement Team, the Enrolments Coordinator will collaborate closely with Marketing and the Director of Community Relations to support enrolment strategies, promote the College, and enhance the overall experience for prospective families.The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to build positive relationships with families, students, and staff.
