* Negotiate terms and conditions of sale or lease agreements to secure favorable outcomes for clients.
* Advise sellers on tailored sales tactics and promotional strategies, including auctions and private sales, to maximize visibility.
* Collaborate with sellers to develop and implement customized marketing plans for optimal sale results.
* Document and assemble detailed profiles for available real estate, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
* Supervise the creation and execution of advertising and marketing campaigns across traditional and digital platforms.
* Engage with buyers to assess their needs and preferences, fostering trust and rapport.
* Assist clients in structuring and negotiating sale, purchase, or lease agreements for smooth transactions.
* Manage the collection of rental payments, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure tenant compliance with agreements.

The ideal applicant will have:
* Minimum qualification of Victorian Agents Representative Certificate / Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice.
* Proven experience in real estate sales, leasing, or a related field.
* Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
* In-depth knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
* Ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
* Relevant real estate licenses and certifications.
* Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
