This role provides you the ability to take ownership of the project and see it through to completion. The role requires strong communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders. You will enjoy a fast-paced and proactive work environment.Tasks & ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise the project through every phase, ensuring timely completion, quality delivery, and budget management.Provide regular project reports to keep everything on track - time, cost, and quality.Drive the project schedule by working closely with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring efficient project progression.Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with external stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers.Deliver exceptional customer service, particularly during the handover and defects phase.Ensure the highest standards of Workplace Health & Safety (WH&S) compliance for each project, adhering to relevant legislation and company protocols.Skills & ExperienceProven experience as a Site Manager in Structural Steel, delivering projects from start to finish.Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence, motivate, and work collaboratively within a team environment.Ability to liaise with clients and stakeholders during key project milestones.Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal, with a high level of professionalism.This is your chance to join a respected industry leader with a clear vision for the future.
