Purchasing Officer (Replenishment Coordinator)Join to apply for the Purchasing Officer (Replenishment Coordinator) role at Wizard PharmacyWizard Professional Services is looking for a Purchasing Officer (Replenishment Coordinator) with advanced skills in data and stock management.Reporting to the Replenishment Manager, you will drive a high standard of data integrity, stock management and data maintenance for the business.
This role will be responsible for new line creation, ordering and stock management, POS Maintenance and managing our help desk tickets, whilst ensuring our service levels deliver on our customer success beliefs.
You will also be responsible for streamlining workflows to increase productivity and suggest ways to provide more innovation to the Replenishment team.Key ResponsibilitiesEntering and maintaining POS Data to a high standard of accuracy in line with the agreed data rules.Regularly review and update wholesaler and direct price files and deals in POS ensuring the best deals are loaded for our franchisees.Actively support the introduction of new lines and ranges into the business through new line creation and opening allocations in a timely and accurate manner.Perform all central ordering duties including purchase order generation and amendments, setting up and maintaining automated order templates, replenishment/promotional/seasonal buys, and store transfers.Loading of promotional pricing, generating forecasts and placing promotion allocations of stock in line with promotional activities.Manage and respond to all queries and tasks logged on help desk in a timely manner as per SLA, with a focus on ensuring the customers/franchisees needs and expectations are met.Qualifications and Experience:4+ Years experience in Retail Inventory ManagementAdvanced Microsoft Excel knowledgeExperience in Supply Chain, Stock Management and Data MaintenanceKnowledge of the Pharmacy Industry is desirableSkills and BehavioursAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment with particular emphasis on flexibility and adaptability.Very strong time management with the ability to prioritise activities to achieve deadlines.Proactively and constructively identify and solve problems.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent understanding of stock management and data maintenance.Ability to effectively prioritise and excellent organizational skills.Excellent analytical and decision-making skills with a high level of attention to detail.Benefits and Culture:Join a dynamic and fast-paced team dedicated to customer success and growth.Join our team in Booragoon and experience our vibrant office culture firsthand!Opportunity to make an impact on the success of our pharmacies.Collaborative and supportive work environment with a focus on continuous improvement.Competitive salary and benefits package.If you are a motivated and results-oriented individual with a passion for Data and Stock Management, we invite you to apply for the Replenishment Coordinator role at Wizard Pharmacy Services.
