THE POSITION
Assist and oversee the preparation, cooking and presentation of all culinary offerings
Assist in monitoring and evaluating food production and menu-based catering
Provide support with stock control, as well as staff mentoring and training when needed
Ensuring accurate implementation of allergy awareness controls
Maintaining a high standard of food hygiene, safety and cleanliness
Availability Monday to Friday from 6am to 4pm
THE PERSON
Certificate III Commercial Cookery minimum
Team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
Experience in bulk production and à la carte service for events and functions.
Experience in HACCP, food safety and infection control
National police check (no convictions)
Must be an Australian Citizen
