Small CPA Practice Parking & great benefits $120k + super A large Federal Government organisation is on the lookout for a Senior System Admin with strong experience with Zscaler for a 12 month fixed term contract in Sydney.
The purpose for the role is to implement, configure, unit test, administer, and maintain the Zscaler software and related managed applications (SaaS and On-Premise).
The salary is negoatiable for the right candidate and can pay up to $180k package.
Key Accountabilities: Analyse, recommend, design, implement and manage changes and updates to the software, including major upgrades, patches and minor version updates, customisation's and configurations.
Ensure currency of all technical components of the system portfolio including security patching.
Actively participate in the management of all stakeholders, delivery partners and customers to ensure that high quality customer service is delivered.
Provide technical support to users and resolves issues, supporting infrastructure and application (where appropriate).
Plan for system upgrades and implementation of new versions of software and applications.
Experience Required: Must have proven experience with Zscaler.
MDM experience is highly desireable Advanced knowledge of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), extensive experience with software development methodologies including the design of application security and testing approaches such as Test Driven Development.
Working knowledge of relational databases, active directory, authentication and access control principles.
Experience in collaboration with business stakeholders and project managers to identify project objectives, requirements, scope and time-line estimation.
Demonstrated skills in providing coaching/mentoring to staff to provide exceptional services whilst also meeting SLA's and KPI's.
