A bit about your role As a Service Availability Manager, you will drive all levels of operational excellence, resilience, and partner satisfaction across all nbn Interfacing Platform Services. This includes managing associated Wholesale Broadband Agreement (WBA) obligations and other commercial contracts supported through IT Operational Platforms and key business transactions. You will facilitate Program Delivery and Management initiatives in support of nbn’s Customer Delivery teams, Residential and Business Partners, and our extensive Field Services and Delivery Partner base. Ensuring effort and resources are focused appropriately based on identified areas of business priority to meet Customer expectations, you will direct individuals with the necessary skills and knowledge to execute via effective Lean-Agile practices. A bit about you You will have several years of experience managing partner expectations and delivering outcomes. Your background includes IT management, leading large cross-functional teams, and implementing alternate delivery approaches. You excel in senior vendor and stakeholder management, driving capacity, value, and quality outcomes. You are skilled in ITIL, business analysis, and have excellent communication skills, enabling you to present convincingly to senior management and stakeholders. Your leadership is outcome-focused, and you provide strategic guidance on telecoms and IT. Ideally you will have a background in Telecommunications, along with technical experience in operational monitoring products such as New Relic and/or Splunk. You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of telecommunications business processes.
