We are seeking a Site Coordinator to join our office in Kalgoorlie.
* Position type: Permanent, full time.
The role
Working with the management team to allocate labour effectively and run jobs efficiently.
What you would be doing
* Allocating resources for shutdowns and site work
* Overseeing daily project and shutdown operations
* Ensuring necessary labour and resources are on site to complete scheduled work
* Organising inductions, medicals and paperwork
* Managing procurement and logistics
* Estimating and tendering
* Tracking jobs expenses and timelines
* Liaising with clients and vendors
* Knowledge of OH&S requirements
The candidate we’re looking for must have/be
* A trade or mining background
* Strong leadership and management skills
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Excellent planning and organisational skills
* Full working rights in Australia
The candidate must be able to
* Travel when required for work
* Undertake D&A and police checks.
