Your new role Key Duties & Responsibilities will include Dealing with a range of customers, couriers, and key stakeholders, which combines a few inbound and outbound calls as well as significant email communication.Provide regular informative updates for all open enquiries.Investigate issues and promptly escalate and collaborate with the Customer Service Management and Account Management team to proactively resolve freight issues.
