Our client is seeking a Mine Surveyor to join their underground mining technical team.
This role is integral to maintaining accurate survey control and providing essential support to mine operations.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain and develop underground and surface survey control networks Conduct surface set outs and pickups using GPS and UAV technology Ensure accurate end-of-month physical surveys and reporting Provide survey support for development, production, and diamond drilling Maintain all survey equipment, ensuring calibration and cleanliness Collaborate with mine geologists, engineers, and supervisors to meet operational needs Update emergency plans in line with statutory requirements About You: Tertiary qualification in surveying or equivalent 2–3 years of experience in underground metalliferous mining Competency in Deswik software and Leica/Trimble instruments Remote Pilot Licence and Hovermap experience preferred Strong analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to safety, continuous improvement, and professional growth Why Join?
