Performance Executive (Social & Programmatic)Channels: Paid Social + Programmatic Media BuyingSalary for Exec: 65K to 75K Package (All inclusive)Location: MelbournePlease mention your VISA Status/Working Rights in your resume Why work for this agency: Award-winning agency for its culture and amazing place to work.3 days work from the office + 2 days work from home.A dedicated budget set aside for your professional & personal growth.Set a career path for you to become an Account Manager in the future.Pet-Friendly office.Amazing Tier-1 client campaigns to work on.What you'll be doing: Paid social advertising: planning, implementation, optimization, and reporting for all paid social channels such as Meta, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and TikTok.Programmatic advertising: planning, implementation, optimization, and reporting, utilizing key programmatic tools and channels, including DV360, The Trade Desk, Verizon, and YouTube.Constantly monitor campaign performance, analyzing key metrics such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, return on ad spend (ROAS), and other relevant KPIs.Regularly communicate with clients to provide performance updates, reports, and recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness.Prepare detailed performance reports that showcase the results of campaigns and their impact on client's business objectives.Technical skills needed for the job: 1+ years' experience managing paid social and/or programmatic advertising in an agency environment.Proficiency in Meta Tools Inc. Business Manager plus power editor/ads manager, Pixels, Audiences, Creative Hub, Campaign Planner, etc.Experience with Amazon DSP, Display & Video 360, Campaign Manager, TTD, XandR.Analytical skills to interpret campaign data, identify trends, and draw actionable insights.Experience working on multiple clients and campaigns concurrently within an agency.Bonus if you have FB Blueprint, The Trade Desk, OR Google Analytics certifications.Non-technical skills important for the job: Communication SkillsProject Management SkillsCritical thinking & Problem SolvingAdaptability & Continuous Learning attitude#J-18808-Ljbffr
