Based in Queensland for more than 90 years, we operate one of the largest, purpose-built laboratories in the southern hemisphere, dedicated to meeting the needs of Queensland doctors and their patients.What You Will Be DoingThe RoleAs Customer Experience Specialist, you will be working in a fast-paced environment reporting to the Customer Experience People Leader. Using your excellent communication and listening skills, you will be liaising with a range of both internal and external stakeholders including Patients, Doctors, Health Care Professionals, Commercial Clients, and Internal Customers.
