What’s the role? The Operations & Strategy Delivery Manager will play an important role in supporting the General Manager, Digital Product Operations & Strategy in the planning, delivery, and optimization of the digital product strategy. This role is responsible for collaborating with cross-functional delivery teams to execute the digital product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall business objectives. The Delivery Manager will work closely with Scrum masters, Product Managers and Development tech leads to translate product roadmaps into executable sprints, monitor project progress, and optimize delivery timelines to ensure efficient resource allocation and timely completion of projects. Accountabilities & Responsibilities Collaborate with Brand delivery and product Managers to translate product roadmaps into executable sprints, considering team capacity, project dependencies, and technical feasibility. Work closely with development scrum masters & tech leads to ensure timely and efficient delivery of product features, resolving any roadblocks or challenges that may arise. Continuously monitor project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders and escalating issues as needed. Optimize delivery timelines to ensure efficient resource allocation and timely completion of projects, adapting to changing priorities and requirements. Manage project budgets and resource allocation, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal utilization of resources. Implement agile methodologies and best practices to enhance team collaboration, productivity, and project outcomes. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in digital media and technology, sharing knowledge and insights with the team. Who are you? Strong project management skills, with experience in agile methodologies and sprint planning. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to identify and resolve project challenges. Data-driven approach to decision-making, with experience in tracking project metrics and KPIs. Adaptability and flexibility, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or delivery management, preferably in the digital product space. Proven track record of successful project delivery, demonstrating the ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders. Experience working in an agile environment, with a strong understanding of agile principles and practices. Proficiency in project management tools and software.
