About this Position Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this newly created Perth Head Office based senior position will oversee SJGHC's day-to-day activities of its Centre of Expertise for Organisation Development and also lead the delivery of Workforce Business Partnering across all SJGHC's hospitals, services and corporate functions. Leading a team of 15, with seven direct reports, your remit will be to champion a positive and inclusive team culture that prioritises the development of SJGHC's human resources to ensure it delivers the highest standard of care. This role will also be pivotal in shaping and driving organisational growth through supporting effective people development initiatives, whilst fostering an environment of continuous improvement. About You It is anticipated that you will already have substantial experience and understanding in the delivery of contemporary talent, learning and organisational development best practice in an environment characterised by a large and decentralised workforce. You will be a great leader with senior level experience in strategic level human resources policy and process development and implementation, ensuring the appropriate frameworks are in place to support the professional and personal growth of employees. It is also expected that you will be adept at using your well-developed analytical skills to present the necessary insight to support your senior leadership colleagues across SJGHC making complex people-related decisions.
