Not-For-Profit Organisation, Northside, close to train, 25-30 hours per week
This community based, Not-For-Profit Organisation are seeking the immediate assistance of an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join their Finance team on a temp to perm basis in a part-tine role (25 to 30 hours per week). You will love the working environment with a supportive and family based culture.
The Role
Reporting to the Finance manager, the responsibilities of the role will include,
* Banking, receipting and allocation of payments
* Completing Billing according to billing cycles
* Bank and Account Reconciliations
* Negotiating payment plans and soft Debt collection
About You
The successful applicant will have/be,
* Highly experienced in full function Accounts Receivable
* Well developed communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong problem solving and investigation skills
* Able to commence at short notice
* Genuinely seeking part-time 25 to 30 hours per week
* Strong ER and Excel experience
