Administration Officer - State GovernmentIPA are seeking an experienced administrator to work within our clients busy team in Longreach.The successful candidate will be employed on a Labour Hire Basic with IPA for the duration of the assignment.This role offers full time hours, Monday - Friday and a very attractive pay rate which will be discussed at the interview stage.Duties:Providing professional and efficient administration supportReception and customer serviceShared mailbox review and actioningFleet and plant administrationAttending vacant public housing properties to carryout inspection/reportingOther administration duties as requiredRequirements:Demonstrated administration experienceHigh level of attention to detailExcellent customer service skillsAbility to identify and understand customer needs and expectationsTraining and support will be provided for the duties of the role. However, some supervision and training will be conducted remotely via phone/teams/email communication.
