As the Day Spa Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the spa, including staff management, service quality, inventory control, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
* Oversee daily operations of the day spa, including staff scheduling, service delivery, and customer interactions.
* Manage and lead a team of spa therapists and support staff, providing training, motivation, and performance evaluations.
* Ensure that spa services meet high standards of quality and professionalism.
* Develop and implement spa policies, procedures, and best practices.
* Monitor inventory levels and manage purchasing of products and supplies.
* Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
* Plan and promote spa services, packages, and marketing initiatives to drive revenue.
* Stay updated with industry trends and innovations in spa treatments and services.
Requirements
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in spa management or a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
* Strong knowledge of spa treatments, wellness services, and operational management.
* Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Proven ability to drive sales and enhance customer experiences.
* Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to lead and inspire a team while fostering a positive work environment.
* Relevant qualifications and certifications in spa management, beauty therapy, or related fields.
* Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as necessary.
