During your apprenticeship, you will be provided with mentoring while you complete on-the-job and off-the-job training. We will provide you with ongoing support to help you achieve your career goals.
What will you be doing?
Our Host employer creates authentic, wholesome, ethical, and delicious baked goods. Their authentic sourdoughs are leavened (fermented) with a natural, wild culture of yeasts and healthy bacteria. No preservatives or any other additives are used.
You will undertake a variety of tasks, including:
* Prepare dough and baked goods
* Deliver best practice food and kitchen hygiene
* Work in a fast-paced and challenging environment
* Ensure a professional approach to communication and teamwork
You must be team-oriented and passionate about employment in the food industry.
