This involves managing media agency relationships, overseeing media budgets, driving digital priorities, and ensuring the effectiveness and optimization of media campaigns. Success in this role requires delivering measurable media results, fostering collaboration across teams, and supporting broader marketing objectives within the Region.ANZ Media Manager to work closely and in full alignment with the Group, Area & Region guidelines. This partnership ensures consistency in strategy, alignment of priorities, and seamless execution of initiatives in the market, driving synergy and maximizing impact.Main Responsibilities:Manage the ANZ Media strategy definitionTranslate the business/marketing/communications objectives in measurable media/digital objectives, setting KPIs and related targets against internal/external benchmarks - including media innovation opportunitiesExecute the delivery of media insights across all categories and brands to marketing teams, including communication and competitive media analysisSupport development of content strategy and plan in coherence with objectives and platforms specificsAlign with Group/Area/Region guidelines and processes leveraging available best practices, as well as ensuring roll-out of Group/Area/Region programs (integrated comms, power brand, data management, etc.)Leverage enhanced media planning tools (consumer journey, touchpoint planning (incl. digital, POS, PR), budget allocation to media mix), maximize profitabilityDevelop the ANZ media roadmap that identifies key discontinuities and actions over a rolling 12-month timeframeConstantly improve the contribution of the media function to the ANZ/Region business and provide stakeholders with visibility of the key steps needed to support their contribution to a digital transformation strategyLead cluster meetings - Media, Category, Reviews and contribute to Region, Area meetings & ReviewsManage media planning and buying for the ANZ ClusterImplement media process including budget setting, integrated communications briefing, annual planning, campaigns/sessions reviews, ensuring IMC coordination and efficient cooperation with media and creative agenciesReview and approve agency proposals in response to category objectives, KPIs, agreed budget and contract guarantees/operating framework and in coherence with Group media governance requirementsManage key digital partners to execute JBPs driving innovation in the use of digital touchpointsSupport the optimization of traditional/digital campaigns, check against internal and external benchmarksDeliver PCA (post-campaign analysis) and comprehensive summary of media campaign resultsMonitor and report all media for activities and maintenance of flowcharts, KPI benchmarks database, adherence to agreed pricing / qualityEnsure a correct spend of media budget in line respect of phasing contracts and pitch guaranteesManage 3rd party verification partners on digital quality metricsEnsure timely delivery of documents to confirm media placements (airing certificates, acts, agency reports, third party documents) for TV and Digital post-tracking through regular auditors reportingLead internal PO and budget management processes, providing monthly budget updates to key stakeholdersOversee media agency invoice management, working closely to ensure timely media spend tracking and invoice managementManage media deliveries with strategic media and content partnersWho we are looking for:Proven work experience in Media for FMCG industry is required, either in the agency role working with FMCG clients or in-houseStrong knowledge of the ANZ Media market with solid understanding of Offline & Online marketing tools, media measurement technologies, and emerging trendsExtensive experience managing TV, digital platforms, and campaigns.High organizational skills, with a strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficientlyProven ability to manage projects, ensure timelines are met, and adjust priorities as neededMeticulous attention to detail, with a strong numerical acumen and a focus on accuracyStrong collaboration and teamwork skills with ability to work effectively in alignment with the Region and collaborate with Region media, cross-functional teams (Brand, CSU, Sales, etc.) and external partners to achieve shared goalsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders at all levelsProactive, solutions-driven mindset focused on delivering results and optimizing media investmentsDrive to find the better ways of working and improve outcomes, with a focus on innovation and delivering tangible business resultsBalance ambition with teamwork, ensuring alignment with business goals, guidelines and fostering collective success by working effectively with stakeholders, good collaboration in executionStrong ability to multitask and juggle multiple priorities simultaneously, staying focused on key matters and delivering high-quality resultsHow to be successful in the role and at Ferrero:Consumers, quality and care are at the heart of everything we do.
