Join us and make a meaningful difference to the lives of seniors.About the role:We are seeking an experienced ICT Applications Manager to join our ICT team at our Balcatta central office. This exciting opportunity allows you to drive the implementation and optimization of business-wide systems and applications, ensuring they support organizational growth and efficiency.Reporting to the ICT Director, you will play a key role in managing critical business applications, ensuring optimal system performance, and providing technical expertise. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to enhance application solutions, troubleshoot issues, and lead system improvements.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the continuous operation, performance and support of key line-of-business applications.Manage system enhancements, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure business continuity.Support system migrations and the deployment of new business applications.Develop and deliver regular reports on system performance, issues, and implementation progress to key stakeholders.Ensure business applications comply with industry security standards and regulatory requirements.Manage vendor relationships, SLAs and third-party support contracts to ensure service excellence.Lead application changes, including testing and cutover, aligned with Change Management processes.Assess and recommend technical or software solutions to meet business needs.Develop and maintain system documentation, including business requirements, system design, and configuration details.Provide end-user support and guidance, promoting best practices and efficient use of applications.Liaise with application vendors to understand installation/upgrade requirements, system features, and resolve issues.Key Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.5+ years’ experience in a Technical/Application Support Manager or Lead role.Proven expertise in configuring and maintaining line-of-business applications and ERP systems, preferably within the Healthcare or Aged Care sector.
