As a result of the continued growth of our group, we are expanding our Human Resources department and an opportunity has arisen for a Payroll Officer to join our team based at Somersby on the Central Coast.
Responsibilities of this position include:
1. End-to-end payroll processing of weekly payrolls for multiple companies utilising ADP Payforce.
2. Processing of month end payments and payroll tax.
3. End-of-Month and End-of-Year payroll reporting.
4. Handling of payroll enquiries and adjustments.
5. Administration of our HRIS utilising ADP Payforce.
6. Administration of our timekeeping system (Kronos Workforce Ready).
To be successful you will have:
1. Experience in a similar role. Experience working within a manufacturing/logistics business would be helpful but is not a strict requirement.
2. Knowledge of current legislation and awards impacting on the employment relationship.
3. Ability to understand complex rosters and loadings.
4. Exceptional communication skills across all levels of an organisation.
5. A high level of professionalism in all aspects of your work.
6. An outstanding attention to detail.
