We are a full project life cycle delivery company incorporating the development, project execution and ongoing operations phases of each project. The role will require but not be limited to: Processing weekly, fortnightly and monthly outsourced payrolls Assist with the onboarding of new employees by processing new hires in various platforms. Working with candidates to ensure paperwork is accurately completed in full Ensure personnel files are maintained, up to date, scanned and archived when necessary Ad hoc administration projects as required Participate in internal / external audits as required Perform general ledger reconciliations of payroll clearing accounts as required Make changes to employee payroll data in accordance with policy and procedure in a timely manner Handle payroll queries in a timely fashion in accordance with SLA's Continuous improvement of procedures and systems Calculate third party payments Assist with end of month What are we looking for? - 3+ years payroll experience Experience delivering end to end payroll Experience interpreting EBA's / ECA's Organisational skills What's in it for you?
