The Broadband Networks and Smart Communities Team (BNSC) are responsible for the delivery, management and support of Superloop’s wholesale fibre-to-the-premises and smart community solutions.

Job Description
BNSC Business Development Managers are responsible for creating new customer relationships. Their primary focus will be to drive new business and opportunities with clients and key decision makers to create new sales opportunities to grow Superloop.
* Identify and engage new business opportunities to expand the Superloop customer base, develop new customer relationships, and meet sales targets.
* Analyse market intelligence and formulate sales plans.
* Provide accurate reports around sales plans and opportunity forecasts.
* Manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously, engaging with internal & external stakeholders.
* Coordinate internal personnel to ensure that customer operational and commercial outcomes are fulfilled via the utilisation of Superloop products and services.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 3-5 years B2B sales experience with a preference of exposure within the wholesale FTTP market and focus on new business development.
* Experience operating within the high value technology industry (information communications and technology).
* Adept at understanding and selling telecommunications solutions.
* Demonstrated experience in managing complex and large customers whilst ensuring portfolio longevity and profitability.
* Multi-level B2B selling skills with commercial acumen.
* Competent at presenting and negotiating value propositions with C-Level executives.
* Adept in operating with G-Suite and/or Microsoft Office suite applications.
* Ability to build strong internal relationships, and influence stakeholders of different functions and levels.
* Time management and the ability to meet tight deadlines under pressure.
* The ability to maintain calm in difficult situations and think strategically to resolve problems.
* Superior written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate to people in a range of positions.
* Excellent negotiating skills.
* The attitude to win collaboratively.
* Ability to self-motivate and work independently.
* Desirable - Experience in sales and business development activities within FTTP, FTTB and fibre technologies.
* Desirable - Experience in sales and business development activities within construction and property development.
Additional Information
Initiate and create a deep pipeline of revenue opportunities, develop opportunities to closure, through working collaboratively with customers utilising the Superloop capability.
