Any experience under this requirement will be considered if reasonable explanation is provided Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to build positive relationships amongst peers and direct reports Ability to manage staff conflict and to communicate concerns with resolutions Excellent knowledge and understanding of industry policy as well as your own teaching philosophy and successful educational practices About the Centre This is a 57 place centre nestled in the heart of Geebung with multiple state Schools close by as well as a 10 minute walk to the local train station.
