Join Us and Make an Impact. We are currently seeking aProgram Controls Analyst for our Abbotsford, VIC office. Reporting to theSr PP&C Manager, you will partner with the Integrated program team to develop program plans and create cost and schedule baselines. You will prepare and publish metrics and reports. You will analyze variances and review compliance to corporate guidelines across multiple teams. Your findings will drive decisions to improve the program performance impacting one or more site locations. This role also requests mentoring and leadership skills for development of team members. Key Responsibilities: Maintain project cost and schedule tools used by project managers to accurately measure, forecast and track project-related work. Participate in project planning processes, defining scopes, resource planning, establishing WBS & budgets on assigned projects. Work closely with project management, contract management, engineering and construction personnel to define execution strategy, scheduling criteria, progress measurement, and invoicing requirements. Work with Business Management (Program Managers, Directors, and Finance management) to report both project and program forecasts. Contribute and oversee coordination of monthly project status reports to customers. Key Experience & Capabilities: Cost Control, Scheduling (Waterfall/Agile/Lean/Scrum) and Time Management Project Life Cycles Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills Leadership, Negotiation, and Organizational skills Strong experience with Business Acumen Experience in Project Controls in Chemicals, Petrochemicals, Oil & Gas, Automation or Electronics Industry (preferred) Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, Science, Engineering, Finance or Accounting Advantageous: Experience in oil & gas, automation or electronics industry preferred. Experience in financial data compilation, analysis, and metrics management Project Management certification preferred.
