Senior Marketing Automation Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary client contact for marketing automation and CRM projects, ensuring successful project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
* Develop and execute strategic marketing automation roadmaps, aligning solutions with client business goals.
* Lead end-to-end project management for marketing automation platform implementations, CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) integrations, and email marketing campaigns.
* Work closely with technical teams (developers, CRM specialists, automation experts) to scope, schedule, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
* Oversee and optimize multi-channel marketing automation workflows, ensuring best practices in audience segmentation, personalization, and campaign automation.
* Provide strategic recommendations based on data insights to improve automation performance, engagement, and lead conversion.
* Ensure seamless integration between marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and web applications, collaborating with developers and web teams.
* Manage multiple client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through proactive relationship management.
* Drive continuous improvement through post-project analysis, identifying areas for growth, efficiency, and enhanced client success.
* Monitor project performance and provide regular reporting on key metrics, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Skills & Experience Required:
* Proven experience in a client-facing role within marketing automation, CRM implementation, or digital marketing environments in an agency is essential.
* Strong technical understanding of CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua, or similar).
* Experience managing complex, multi-channel marketing automation campaigns, including email, SMS, and paid media integrations.
* Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and collaborate effectively with technical specialists.
* Demonstrated success in managing web development and integration projects, preferably in a marketing or customer experience context.
* Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
* Proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello).
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data insights to inform strategy and optimise performance.
* Experience leading and mentoring teams, driving best practices in marketing automation and campaign execution.

Experience:
* Bachelor's degree or higher
* 4+ years of experience working with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
* Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot CRM) and managing data integration, segmentation, and automation workflows.
* Proven track record in building, launching, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, SMS, paid media integrations).
* Experience in coordinating campaigns, managing client expectations, and working cross-functionally with developers, designers, and content teams.
