Our client is a rapidly expanding and well-established Australian Transportation Provider focusing on road solutions. They are actively seeking an experienced Strategic Account Manager to handle one of their largest key healthcare accounts.
The Role:
* Management of a key healthcare clientele nationally across their 8 sites.
* Develop business relationships at all levels of customer & related stakeholders.
* Cross-collaboration with internal teams to improve service delivery and operational transparency.
* Continuously review and analyze customer usage to optimize delivery, provide strategic improvement advice, and identify opportunities that enhance customer value.
* Maintain accurate customer records, including meeting notes, actions, and commitments, to ensure effective data management and reporting.
* Stay informed on industry & client news and proactively propose strategic improvements to keep offerings ahead of the curve.
Requirements:
* 5+ years account management experience within the transport industry.
* Must have experience handling complex, multi-site clients nationally.
* Thorough understanding of multi-service transportation processes (operational & commercial).
* Experience in continuous improvement & innovation initiatives across major accounts.
* Detail-oriented & a multi-tasker.
