Job Summary: The Tax and Treasury Analyst at Unilever ANZ reports to the Financial Accountant and has a dotted line to the Financial Controller. Supported by an offshore team of analysts, this role requires strong leadership and organizational skills.
Roles and Responsibilities: Understand Business Needs & Build Strong Relationships: Build strong relationships within the Unilever ANZ Finance and IT teams to support tax and treasury matters. Anticipate and Lead Change: Strong understanding of SAP and accounting to be lead support on any global changes or developments. Support Consultation and Planning: Remain up to date with tax and treasury risks and opportunities affecting ANZ. Support Non-Routine Compliance: Provide support to the ANZ Tax Manager on audits and disputes. Accounting: Assistance with preparation of relevant disclosures for the Australian and New Zealand statutory accounts. General: Undertake training and development as per development plan. Does this sound like You? 5-7 years' experience within finance. Prior experience in a tax or treasury role preferred. Degree qualified in accounting or business. Good communication skills both verbal and written. Ability to work autonomously and deal with internal customers and external regulators. Strong team commitment and results delivery orientation.
