What's Involved:
In this role you will be responsible for Brown Family Wine Group's total Digital and DTC marketing strategy, connecting our digital marketing, customer experience, loyalty/CRM and content across all owned and earned channels to deliver compelling brand experiences across al brands that will deliver advocacy, sales and drive long-term consumer partnerships.
You'll be helping us to inspire the love of wine for generations to come, but some of your main responsibilities include:
Development and execution of the DTC digital marketing strategic plan.
Creating a targeted and personalized digital communications strategy delivering an effective marketing and omnichannel experience.
Lead the strategy and management of our CRM program.
Create and implement strong loyalty programs for all brands.
Oversee the BFWG portfolio of brands content, digital marketing and social media ensuring optimal content in the right place and right time.
Monitor and continuously improve SEO in alignment with brand, product and site objectives.
Lead Voice of Customer projects and data and insights.
Skills And Experiences
What you'll need to succeed:
Degree qualified in one or more of the following disciplines - Marketing, Communications, Branding, Digital and/or CRM/Loyalty.
Experience in leading and managing a team to deliver results across many platforms and touchpoints.
Experience managing an eCommerce P&L and driving sales revenue.
Extensive experience with digital marketing, strategy and direct to consumer marketing and implementation, including email marketing, content marketing, ecommerce and loyalty.
Experience in building, optimising and analysing Consumer databases.
Experience working and optimising ecommerce platforms and sites from a content perspective.
Deep understanding of all digital marketing and social media platforms and the respective approaches to each.
An understanding of leading-edge web design and development concepts.
Ability to engage internal teams and stakeholders.
Innovating and inherent curiosity and stakeholders.
Innovating an inherent curiosity in understanding consumers.
Current Drivers License.
