Based in Campbellfield, Victoria, the Supply Chain Manager will report into the National Preprint & Coatings Manager.
* Ensure compliance with all site safety management systems and policies.
* Develop short and long-term strategic plans to maintain optimum efficiency of the Visyflex Preprint, Visy Paper Coatings and Visy Paper Laminates planning functions.
* External supplier/toll manufacture production scheduling to meet budget targets and plans.
* Develop best practice customer service management strategies and programs to optimise cost and efficiency.
* Develop and drive capacity planning to allow operations to deliver a consistently high DIFOT outcome for the customer.
* Ability to influence stakeholders to achieve positive business outcomes.
* Leading teams in Continuous Improvement projects using LEAN Management principles and methodologies.
What You Will Bring:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in a demand/forecasting role within a manufacturing environment.
* Background and understanding of inventory management practices or procedures.
* Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
* IT competencies – MS Suite (especially Excel to an advanced level)
