Lead a 140-bed residential aged care facility in its launch phase, overseeing operations and financial performance. Reporting to a State Manager, you will lead a high-performing team to achieve quality care, accreditation, and business objectives.
About the Opportunity
* Manage the commissioning and ongoing operation of the facility, driving quality care and customer satisfaction.
* Control budgets and resources to achieve financial targets and business objectives.
* Achieve initial and ongoing accreditation through audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
You will work closely with the Admissions Coordinator to select residents whose care needs align with the facility's capabilities. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your operational, business, management, and customer service skills.
About You
* Hold registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
* Demonstrate success in a Service Manager or Operations Manager role in residential aged care, with excellent knowledge of aged care legislation.
* Possess strong business and financial acumen, with a proven track record of leading services to achieve accreditation.
