Job Title: Local Produce Specialist
About You:
* You are passionate about creating gastronomic experiences with local produce, making each dish unique.
* You are trade qualified and available to work varied shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to oversee kitchen operations and related venues, including conference and events.
* Ensure strict adherence to hygiene and safety procedures.
About Our Hotel:
The Novotel & ibis Styles Melbourne Airport is a new dual-branded hotel located near Terminal 4 of Melbourne Airport. The hotel features 464 rooms, a fitness center, conference rooms, pool, co-working space, and various food and beverage venues.
This property will serve as a community hub for airport travelers and workers, offering a place to gather and socialize.
