Job Title ElectricianJob Description Summary We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join the CW business based on site at The Metropolitan Remand Centre. The purpose of this role is to undertake performance of assigned planned maintenance works, reactive works, proactive works and project works.What You Will Be Doing Urgent, routine & ad-hoc maintenance, repairs, inspections on client's premises and equipment as directed by the company.Working autonomously and run your own works that are completed on time.Working in a team environment for large or small project works.Undertake and record PRA, Job Safety Analysis prior to commencement of tasks.Review and comment on any Electrical instructions and standard operating procedures supplied by C&W FM or Trade Services.Liaise closely with key stakeholders and C&W office staff to ensure they are aware of any disruption to services by any works undertaken.Ensure effective Key Performance Indicators are managed effectively including response times, safety, compliance, and financial performance of all job numbers assigned to you.General ad hoc duties as requested by Leading Hand, Management, and schedulers.100% of all work reports submitted within 1 business day from completion.About You You will be a self-motivated individual that can work in a team environment and autonomously with an ability to maintain tools and equipment (including safety equipment), plant items, motor vehicles and hired plant items.You will also have an excellent eye for detail to ensure that technical procedures and inspection and test plans are performed safely and in accordance with Quality Assurance requirements.You Will Also Have Electrical maintenance background minimum of 5 years' experience (A Grade Electrical Licence).Experience in fault finding and diagnosing.Open registration cabling license (Preferred).Construction Card.A good understanding of Electrical Standards and Regulations.Working with Children check (Preferred).Valid Driver's Licence.OH&S, Risk Management, Environmental Management or Quality Assurance systems.Experience in Building Services Maintenance.Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
