Key Responsibilities: Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of inventory in the warehouse. Ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation for all stock movements. Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and manage stock replenishment. Provide exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries and complaints efficiently. Create detailed reports on inventory status, turnover rates, and discrepancies. Collaborate with warehouse staff and various departments to streamline operations and improve efficiency. Required Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, particularly in a warehouse setting. Excellent attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Ability to analyze data for inventory management and reporting. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Experience in conflict resolution and customer relationship management. Adaptability to changing priorities and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment. Basic understanding of warehouse operations and safety practices is a plus.
