The Opportunity Do you want to be part of the team designing, developing, producing and testing the MQ-28 Collaborative Combat Aircraft. The Boeing MQ-28 Program is developing a globally-significant force multiplier platform that will deliver a disruptive advantage for future Defence capability. Boeing Defence Australia (BDA) is currently looking for capable Data Transfer Officers to join the team supporting the development and execution of the MQ-28 program's test environment. The role is based in Amberley, with deployment opportunities providing the successful applicant with front-line exposure to the MQ-28 Ghost Bat Collaborative Combat Aircraft. Responsibilities Work as part of the team that manages and handles data from aircraft systems to support MQ-28 Cooperative Combat Aircraft operations Transfer data between different system boundaries and networks in accordance with governing procedures Facilitate the reclassification of data in line with security policies Improve aircraft data handling and data storage methods and procedures Improve aircraft data handling and data storage processes Improve aircraft data management and analysis systems and tools Experience / Qualifications A background in data management or Information Technology / system administration, Familiarity with multiple computer hardware environments as well as the accompanying software/system Experience in Defence ICT infrastructure Experience in handling classified data Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills Minimum NV1 security clearance Applicants must be Australian Citizens to meet Defence security requirements.
