Position: Branch Manager & SalesLocation: GeraldtonType: Full-time Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations of sales and parts departments in the branch. Ensure efficient and effective use of resources to meet sales targets and customer satisfaction goals. Implement, improve, and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain high standards of performance and compliance. Support payroll management by approving and supplying time sheets of staff to head office. Monitor and implement a culture of safety awareness. Administer fleet and equipment use and maintenance. Drive revenue growth and market penetration. Networking to build and maintain strong relationships with key customers. Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to identify opportunities and risks. Develop a deep knowledge of the company's products and services, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages. Establish and grow positive customer relationships. Participate in company field days as required. Prepare and present periodic reports and forecasts to senior management. Be prepared to adapt to changes and assume various roles as needed in a small branch environment. Requirements: Proven experience in a similar managerial role within the agricultural machinery industry. Strong knowledge of agricultural equipment, technologies, and market dynamics. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant CRM software (Netsuite preferred but not essential; training will be provided).
