Customer Service Officer, SDN Macquarie Park
Are you an administrator with a customer service focus and passion in supporting families in early learning centres to feel more confident, capable and connected? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you.
The Customer Service Officer of our new 90 place centre which includes an autism-specific preschool, will play a pivotal role in supporting the Centre Director to building strong, meaningful relationships with children and families and community, and deliver the support of the SDN village to their lives.
About the role
As the Customer Support Officer your role will be to provide efficient, effective, inclusive and respectful support to a range of internal and external stakeholders. You will work with the Centre Director to ensure the smooth administration of the centre, acting as a trusted advisor to families to ensure their child’s enrolment is hassle-free. You will also support the director to engage with community stakeholders and referrers.
About you
You will have a keen interest in working in early learning, familiarity with using computer systems, a passion for customer service and an enthusiasm for collaborating with our Family Engagement Team to ensure families journeys at SDN are smooth and hassle free.
You will also need
* Previous administrative experience, desirably in an early learning or community setting
* Current Working with Children’s Check (NSW)
* Demonstrated administration, organisational and time management skills
* Ability to handle multiple tasks in an accurate and timely manner
* Clear communicator with strong customer service skills
* Demonstarte skills across Microsoft Office applications
* Experience using XAP or similar childcare management system (desirable)
