How will I help?
We are the specialist delivery function for complex Business & Wealth transformation and are accountable for program specific execution of divisional Risk and Regulatory Change.
Leading the achievement of Westpac’s strategy by working with stakeholders to elicit, analyse, communicate and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies, information and systems
Defining and managing the requirements through the delivery lifecycle to meet business needs
Providing and directing recommendations for process re-design and improvements and business solutions, enabling changes to processes, policy and/or information that support Westpac to achieve targeted business outcomes and deliver business value
What do I need?
Minimum of 5 years of Business Analyst experience
Demonstrate experience in stakeholder management and communication, requirements analysis, lifecycle management, and risk management.
Actively listen to stakeholders to understand their needs and concerns.
Break down problem statements and plan a run sheet of activities to solve them.
Plan and facilitate business solution workshops with multiple stakeholders.
Gather and articulate requirements, and question stakeholders to clarify their needs.
Develop process mapping and analysis, story maps or experience maps, and complete target solution gap analysis.
Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Plan and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Prepare and execute implementation plans.
Brief agencies on project requirements and updates.
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong Lean skills.
Proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
Ability to prepare and present pages that lead stakeholders to an outcome, showing options explored, pros and cons, and articulate recommendations.
