Low stress, happy work environment. The Role You will play a critical role in overseeing and coordinating construction activities on civil construction and Earthmoving projects in South Australia. Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful and efficient delivery of projects while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, compliance and comradery. The responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Oversee and coordinate site operations to meet project standards, timelines, and budgets. Lead daily prestart and weekly toolbox meetings to address safety, quality, environmental, scheduling, and budget concerns. Collaborate with the Project Manager on weekly program updates. Ensure equipment and resources are available to meet project schedules.
