Job Description
We’re looking for a dedicated Registered Music Therapist to become part of our thriving, growing Music Therapy and Art Therapy private practice.
You will be working with people of all ages – our youngest clients are under 1 year old while our oldest are 70+! Our clients are mostly NDIS participants, of all abilities – we support an array of disabilities including physical, cognitive, and psychosocial. You’ll have the opportunity to tailor individual Music Therapy sessions to meet each client's unique goals and interests, adapting your approach as needed to provide the best support. We also work with local schools and community organizations to offer group music therapy for a wide variety of support requirements, from early childhood to dementia care.
You’ll be working in a team of highly motivated and experienced RMTs & Registered Art Therapists. We foster a collaborative environment where peer support is a priority, and we encourage our therapists to join forces in creating group offerings tailored specifically to our clients' needs.
RMTs of all levels of experience are encouraged to apply. We will provide dedicated support for new graduates and early career Registered Music Therapists in a team that celebrates and promotes both personal & professional growth. For more experienced Registered Music Therapists, this role offers stimulating and rewarding work with added flexibility and opportunities for career progression into leadership and mentoring roles.

Requirements
* Masters of Music Therapy or equivalent qualifications recognised by Australian Music Therapy Association (AMTA) - non-negotiable
* Current registration with AMTA - non-negotiable
* Proof of right to work in Australia
* Current Working With Children Check
* Ability to complete NDIS Worker Check
