Senior Quality Manager – Early Childhood Education and Care Are you dedicated to ensuring compliance and possess a thorough understanding of the National Law and regulations?We are seeking a candidate for a newly established role to oversee compliance and quality across five Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) programs and three Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) programs in the ACT.The ideal candidate will hold at least a Diploma qualification, have experience as a centre manager or director, and be passionate about driving quality and compliance.You will also have a keen eye for identifying risks or compliance gaps and developing effective processes to address them across the portfolio.About the role: Manage and evaluate the ECEC internal compliance programs to ensure the programs meet the legislative and industry standards including but not limited to the Education and Care Services National Regulations and law, ACECQA regulations, and organisational standards.Based at head office but working across the centres, you will have an eye for detail and an understanding of how to develop processes and procedures and conduct risk assessments.Review and develop the ECEC Services policy and procedures across each program area.This is a permanent full-time position (76 hours/fortnight).Above award wage, including:Social, Community, Home, Care and Disability Award – Level 6 with salary from $53.84 - $56.22, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Has a current ACT WWVP card or is willing to obtain.Has a driver's licence and own transport.Has a strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework, including My Time Our Place or the Early Years Learning Framework.
