Launceston IT is seeking an IT HelpDesk Team Leader to join our team. We are a Tasmanian Managed IT Service provider with customers throughout the State. You will be responsible for managing workflows, coordinating internal and external projects, and providing technical support to Launceston IT's customers. You will also maintain high quality customer communication and ensure your team are supported to be their best.We welcome applications from both experienced IT managers and people with previous experience in helpdesk operations who are looking to take the next step in their IT career.Qualifications and Experience: Prior experience in an IT HelpDesk role At least 3 years experience with Microsoft products including 365, Sharepoint, Azure, Windows Server, etc.Prior experience in team leadership, or proven leadership skills with the ability to step up into a leadership role.A strong commitment to developing and maintaining a positive workplace cultureHigh level problem solving abilitiesOutstanding written and oral communication skillsExcellent time management skills, with the ability to manage shifting prioritiesA strong commitment to workplace health and safetyCurrent unrestricted manual drivers licence.Desirable attributes: Appropriate industry qualifications and certificationsRelevant Microsoft CertificationsCandidates may be required to undergo a national police check and a Working with Vulnerable People check.How to apply To request a copy of the position description, contact (email protected).
