Fixed Operations Manager / Regional Service ManagerThe Recruitment People are a business providing Recruitment, HR Services and Career Programs to companies and jobseekers nationally.We are currently recruiting for our client, who have a vacancy for a Fixed Operations Manager / Regional Service Manager to oversee the service departments across two locations.Benefits: Company VehicleStrong Retainer + coms (OTE $220K)Multisite / Multi franchiseThe role In this role, you'll ensure the highest standards of customer retention and satisfaction, manage daily operations, and drive growth across the Service, Parts, and Workshop departments.Key Responsibilities: Customer Satisfaction & Retention: Focus on maintaining top-tier customer satisfaction scores (CSI) and fostering long-term customer relationships.Operational Excellence: Lead the service department operations, including Parts and Workshop management, to achieve and exceed daily, monthly, and quarterly targets.Team Management: Recruit, onboard, and develop team members to ensure a well-qualified, motivated, and safe workforce.Budget & Compliance: Set and manage department budgets, ensuring a secure and compliant work environment.Manufacturer Relationships: Collaborate with manufacturers to implement promotional programs and stay current on service innovations.Strategic Growth: Analyse business trends, manage stock control, and implement strategies to drive continuous improvement.About You: We're looking for someone with:Experience managing an automotive service / parts departmentStrong managerial skillsA proven track record of achieving and surpassing operational goals, and a commitment to customer-satisfaction first.Experience with budget management, employee development, and service department KPIs is essential.If you're ready to make a significant impact within a dynamic automotive group, we'd love to hear from you!Due to the number of applicants, only shortlisted people will be contacted. #J-18808-Ljbffr
