We are urgently seeking your administration and property management/facilities experience for this upcoming temporary assignment with a Qld Government department in Ipswich. Anticipated for one month initially, there is a potential for extension and duties include:
* Receiving and processing assets and facility requests
* Data entry and preparation of business documents (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
* Navigating internal systems
* General administrative support
We are seeking availability to work Monday to Friday, together with:
* Aligned administrative experience (exposure to property management/assets and facilities team tasks previously advantageous but not essential)
* Confidence learning and using computer systems with a sound understanding of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook
* Accurate data entry skills
* Availability to start asap
Due to the nature and responsibilities of this position, consent to a national criminal history check will be required prior to any offer of employment being made (and any record of disclosable court outcomes or pending charges will be considered based on relevance to the position being applied for).
Located in the Ipswich area, this is a great short-term temporary assignment leading up to Christmas with a casual hourly rate of $48.12 (plus superannuation).
