This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimising digital campaigns across various platforms.Position Responsibilities:Assist with local area marketing plans and initiatives across multiple channels.Help plan, execute, and manage email campaigns in HubSpot and Mailchimp.Manage Google AdWords and social media advertising campaigns.Own the social media content calendar, including content creation and copywriting.Help manage, build, and optimise website and landing pages in HubSpot.Create monthly performance reports to track and analyse results.Collaborate with the broader marketing team on diverse marketing activities and channels.Assist in SEO efforts and manage the digital footprint of Kelly+Partners and its offices.About You:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Proficiency in HubSpot, including CRM and marketing automation.Three plus years in a digital marketing role, with a strong focus on HubSpot, social media, and paid advertising strategies.Experience with graphic design, particularly in Adobe Creative Suite, is advantageous.Proven ability to develop and execute omni-channel marketing campaigns.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Exceptional relationship management skills.
