Job Description
The Information Technology Officer Class 2 will provide technical support to a variety of ACT Health systems and applications, manage user requests and system management functions, undertake investigation and research activities, and provide second level technical support for operational issues.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical support to ACT Health systems and applications
* Manage user requests, audits, and system management functions
* Undertake investigation and research activities
* Provide second level technical support for operational issues
* Work with business and technical resources to investigate chronic business and technical issues
* Manage small technical ICT projects
* Develop and maintain technical documentation
Eligibility/Other Requirements
* Australian citizenship is required
* Prior to commencement, a pre-employment National Police Check must be completed
* Australian Government NV1 security clearance is required, sponsored by the ACT Health Directorate
Requirements
* Able to work on call to support 24 x 7 DHR and ancillary systems
* Highly desirable: vendor accreditation with Epic
