Our client is an award-winning specialist firm and an industry leader with offices across Australia. The firm is an Employer of Choice with an enviable culture. Due to growth, there is now an opportunity for an Associate or Senior Associate to join the Melbourne Insurance & Health team.
The Roles
This role will suit candidates with 2 to 6+ years of health law experience or candidates with a medical indemnity background (plaintiff and defendant) looking to move into the health space or candidates with experience across personal injury or APRHA matters looking to expand their skillset into defendant medical indemnity matters. The role will provide opportunities for involvement acting for hospitals, clinics, medical and allied health professionals, and other health care providers in a variety of professional indemnity claims, disciplinary proceedings, litigated proceedings, and coronial inquests.
