Your Role
As a Business Manager, you will develop and implement strategies to drive profitable growth within the Independent Hardware Group and Paint Specialists. This role provides leadership, strategic direction, and coaching to build an engaged team while establishing strong business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the team to achieve commercial objectives, including sales value, volume, share growth, and profit targets.
* Develop and execute the IHG & Paint Specialists strategy to achieve business objectives.
* Build and maintain a clear rolling forecast in partnership with supply planners.
* Lead key account planning, category reviews, and sales cycle planning.

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Marketing, or Finance.
* Significant sales leadership, account management, and marketing experience in retail and/or hardware industry.
* Ability to analyse and interpret data to identify commercial drivers and forecasts.
* Strong people leadership, coaching, and management skills.
* Strategic operator with a track record of follow-through and delivery.
