We are very excited to announce the launch of Virtual Banking, dedicated banking teams for Third Party. Virtual Banking will transform the way we engage with internal & external customers through digital and phone across both Retail and Third-Party Banking. It is responsible for ensuringpliance, ongoing health and proactive growth of customers.
As a Personal Banker, in the Virtual Branch team, you will be responsible for inbound and outbound calls where you will assist customers with all lending enquiries and execution of lending requests such as conducting needs analysis andpleting lending applications for personal lending and credit cards. Maintenance activities include wee calls, identifying opportunities for growth and nurturing opportunities.
We have multiple opportunities available including 12-month secondments and a permanent role.
As a Personal Banker, you'll require the following:
1. Good understanding of the Bank's lending products, digital and self-service offerings, policies, and regulations
2. Extensive customer service experience
3. Advanced technology and digital capabilities
4. Ability to work in a virtual team environment.
5. Strongmunication skills, both written and verbal
6. Ability to build relationships and rapport with key stakeholders.
7. Ability to adapt to and accept change.
8. Proven relationship building skills to achieve financial oues
9. Understand financials and performance of the business.
10. Lending Experience is preferable
11. FSRA Accreditation T2 - General Insurance
This is a position working Full time for Total hours of 76 per fortnight where we offer flexible work options that put our people first, and a hybrid model of a minimum of two days in a local Head Office per week.
The Third Party Virtual Banking opening hours will be Monday - Friday, 0900 - 1830 (AEST). You will be required to work a rotating roster within these opening hours.
